General conditions of reservation
The general conditions of reservation govern the relations
between the CPCV Ile de France and its hosts.
The booking of a stay implies the membership groups to agree to its rules.

FEES PARTICIPATION

The annual subscription, valid from january 1st to december 31st, allows the organiser of the stay (association, school, tour-operator, travel agency, …) to send during the current year an unlimited number of groups. The prices given, are to apply to all members of a group, staff, leaders and drivers included. No gratuitous, besides children under 2 years old. An half board is obligatory. It is possible to replace, without extra fee, a meal served at the restaurant by a meal to go with. The other services not included in the half board or full board, are invoiced as extra charge.

MAKING RESERVATION

Reservation must be confirmed by mail (Reservation Request Form), and joined with a 30% deposit, corresponding to the total amount of the service offered. They will be taken by a chronological arrival order.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE OF A STAY

A detailed invoice corresponding to the service provided, will be made and send after your departure. We ask you to settle it as soon as possible, by check, or wiretransfert, payable to the CPCV, for any deferred payment incurs expenses ( 1% bank interest fee per month for any delay).
All service provided for an invoice under 450€ must be paid entirely before departure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For all cancellation, total or partial, coming before the arrival date, the deposit will be considered as lost and withheld by the CPCV. The reservered services will be billed in its entirety.
The number of participants announced by written at the time of the booking will be used as database to make out the invoice. However, at the arrival of the group, we accept a 20% margin on the expected number. Above that figure, we charge a penalty up to 50% of all expenses due.

INSURANCE POLICY

The exposed equipment and the personal belongings are not insured by the CPCV. Our guests are pleased to lock their room with the magnetised card given at the arrival to be used for this purpose. It is up to the participants, in the case they figure out it is a necessity to contract personally an insurance. On the opposite, the CPCV by any means , will not be held responsible for any possible damage, loss, theft or other incident whatever the matter.
The current legislation prevents us from receiving non-accompained children under the age of 6.
